Carolina Fuentes
Strategist, Designer, & Systems Thinker
With more than 15 years of experience spanning design, marketing, technology, and performance, Carolina works at the intersection of human behavior and digital systems. As a certified UX and Web Designer with a background in neuroscience, she designs around how people build trust, process information, and make decisions.
As Founder and Managing Member of Alchemy Effect LLC, a New York State Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), she leads initiatives that integrate branding, digital infrastructure, websites, automation, and community engagement into scalable solutions for businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
Her work focuses on translating complexity into clear, intentional systems that help organizations communicate effectively, strengthen relationships, and operate with greater clarity and efficiency.
